5 Methods to Declutter Your Digital Life
And get mental clarity.
Our brains are cluttered. Big time.
Mostly because of our own problems, stress, finances, and, yes, our digital life.
We’re digitally cluttered as well. Our systems are full of things we don’t need — in order to get mental clarity, we need digital clarity.
So here are 5 methods to declutter our digital life.
1 — Unsubscribe from Unnecessary Emails
One of the things that makes us cluttered is too many e-mails.
When you wake up, you see your mailbox full of unnecessary emails and that’s just not what you want.
It’s distracting and you can’t see what is important.
The never-ending list of e-mails.
This method is very simple and you probably could have guessed it: unsubscribing from email lists you’re not interested in. Especially if you’ve got your e-mail account for a very long time.
Usually, an e-mail must have a button on the bottom or the top to unsubscribe you from the list.
If that isn’t the case, use the block function in all big mail providers like Gmail or Outlook.
