For years, nobody had even thought about a major war with Russia.
Russian troops are invading Kyiv now and Ukraine is fighting back but it is costing the lives of innocent civilians, who are the only victims in this war.
Men between 18–55 are reportedly not allowed to leave the country because they need to fight.
That’s heartbreaking — families are torn apart and because of what?
Russia thinks it’s still a big and influential empire
After the cold war, the Soviet Union collapsed and the forces in the West grew and Russia’s position, economically slowly declined — but now they want to get back to their big empire.
Most wealthy Russians and people with power are still living with the idea of Russia being a big and powerful empire at the time of the Soviet Union.
That time is over. Wake up.
Putin wants to take back the then satellite states.
