During the lockdowns over the past two years, our cats’ personalities have changed. Drastically.

The kitty in the photo above is Sky. Kind of the sister of Speedy, the autistic cat, and she has developed some kind of abandonment fears.

Literally, she can’t leave us anymore.

In the past, our cats were these independent cats that barely wanted any attention, and were always out on the streets committing multiple bird murders.

But now, they’ve turned into these domestic cats that don’t like adventures anymore — they barely go outside on their own anymore, only with the company of us.

It All Started When We Moved Out

Back at the beginning of 2020, we sat at home due to the pandemic and lockdowns in the Netherlands — the cats weren’t used to so many people at home and started to like the attention we gave them.
