Did you know that most deaths are caused by stress?

Most people that die, are dying because of heart diseases and other cardiovascular problems. Often caused by a long time during stress.

If you want to live a (long) and happy life you should probably try to reduce the amount of stress. Not so easy right? Well, taking a break could easily reduce some stress each day.

Stress has been around for thousands of years and because of our fast evolution, it hasn’t gotten the time to adapt to modern-day problems. Back in the days when we had to hunt our food and try to make a fire to stay warm, our bodies had the urge to be stressed in order to stay alive.

The danger of dying is pretty stressful.

But nowadays, we don’t have to hunt for our food. Well, at least, not yet again.

Our stress production is still the same though. So if you’re stressed about something related to your relationship, your career, or other mental things — that’s still causing stress like if you were hunted by a bear.

That’s unhealthy and unnecessary.

Let’s try to reduce stress in a physical way. It’s pretty easy if you know how to do it because stress is nothing more than having a higher…
